Sponsor a book for Autism Education and Awareness
As part of my second annual autism event for 2008, I am once again asking
individuals and organizations to
contribute books on the topic of Autism which will be given out during
the event to parents and caregivers.
Autism Advocacy is now a Non-profit organization, so donations are
tax deductible. The event will be held at the CSIU in Montandon, April, 17th
2008.
I am focusing on giving something back to these loving, courageous
individuals for their dedication and on-going efforts in
helping a loved one with autism. This journey is not easy and
encouragement is greatly appreciated. Currently little is offered in
the way of support for these parents/caregivers and they deserve
recognition for the love and effort they give daily. I have entered some
new titles which focus on siblings, friendship and children who love
someone with autism.
If you would like to sponsor a book you may do so in two ways. I
encourage those who can to purchase the suggested books from local
booksellers. You
may also place an on-line order at Amazon or any online bookseller and have
the book shipped to my address.
For shipping purposes, my address is:

Event. Some books are reserved for our lending library which parents can
